These water based, high strength, pre-colored glazes are formulated for the utmost in controlled color strength. They have a smooth fluid consistency for decorative painting techniques and can be used to tint glazes.

Wall Glazing Cream is a water base, slow-drying, translucent glaze, formulated for maximum “working time” with excellent durability. It is ideal for decorative wall finishes and complex faux finishes.

For best results tint with Platinum Series Colorants.

This clear, water base medium offers a consistent crack that works every time. Apply between two layers of flat latex paint to cause the top color to crack revealing glimpses of the base color, creating an antique look. Use Modern Masters Metallic Paint Collection™ colors as a base coat for dramatic, shimmering cracks. It can also be used to crack Modern Masters Venetian Plaster and ShimmerStone. Perfect for enhancing furniture, woodwork, trim, lamps and decorative accessories.

Our original translucent and durable water base glaze has a 1 hour “open time” with optimum viscosity for maintaining patterns on vertical surfaces. Ideal for any decorative paint/faux finish such as Marbling, Wood Graining, Exotic Mineral, Bone, and Overglazing. This glaze can be tinted with Platinum Series Colorants or Universal colorants.

This versatile product is a water base, acrylic, tintable, plaster-like medium that is ideal for raised relief, dimensional stenciling, and heavy distressed textures, but it goes way beyond that. It is readily sandable so it can be used to fill existing textures (orange peel and knock-down) and correct wall imperfections without shrinking or cracking during the drying process. It is self-priming and tintable, eliminating extra steps in the finish. Texture Effects is also self-sealing, so once dry, it can be over-glazed without the worry of it absorbing the glaze.
